… We all need that sometimes don’t we? Smiles..
So I thought I would post this sweet little card to share with you all today.
It sure cheered me up creating it so hopefully you will find a smile looking at it too.
I created this lovely birthday card using one of my all time favourite stamps.
She is from Elizabeth Bell and is called Day Dream Peeker.
I’ve had her a long time so I’m not sure you can still purchase her..
I got so obsessed with making sure her pleats & folds were ok while bringing her to life with my Copics, that I ended up folding my sentiment too! Lol.
What do you think?
Did I do okay? :0)
To bring her to life I used my Copics in the following shades:
Hair – E41. 43. 44. 47. 18. 49.
Skin Tones – E000. 00. 21. 11. 04. R20.
Hair Ornament – E15. 18. R89. 27. 24. 21.
Dress – RV10. 83. 85. 89.
Leggins & Shoes – YG03. 63. 17. 67.
Music Box – RV10. 11. 13. 14. BV60. 31. 23. E18. 15. 21.
Shadows – BV60. 31. 23.
The papers I used are from an old paper pad I have on my craft shelf and my lovely square doily is the last from a pack that I got from Ebay.
I matted and layered with plain black card and decorated the inside too.
(I hope this little bit of prettiness brought a smile to your day. )
The challenges I would proudly like to enter in to with my card are:-
2Cute 2Ink – Princesses and Queens. (I think she looks like a princess doesn’t she?!)
