Hello everyone and a very happy Thursday to you all!
Today I am very, very happy to bringing you this post!!
(And a tiny bit sad too.)
We are both saying a final farewell to our wonderful GDT of the past 6 months, and saying hello to our brand new GDT who will be with us for the next 6 months! Annnndddd (drum roll please!) I can now tell you all, that I am no longer a GDT for Little Miss Muffet Stamps. No, I am a LONG TIME member of the team!!! Yes!!!
If you look close enough you will see me doing my little happy dance! Tee hee.
My first card as official long term design team member of Little Miss Muffet Stamps(!) is this one.
I fell in love with all of these fabulous new images as soon as I saw them. And this one was no exception.
It is called Tine’s Flower and I just love it so, so much!
To bring Tine’s Flower to life, I used my Polychromo pencils in these colours:-
Ground – 268. Plus a paper stump & Zest It to blend the colour out.
Sky – 146. Plus a paper stump & Zest It to blend the colour out.
Dark Grey – 275. 274. 273. 272. 101.
Pale Pink (for the rosy cheek) – 131. 132. 101.
Blue (Hair & Eyes) – 247. 151. 120.
Flower – (Green) – 165. 266.
Flower – (Red) – 225. 223. 226. 101.
Light Grey (Toes) – 233. 231. 101.
If you would like to learn more about using pencils, then I can thoroughly recommend Alyce’s Perfecting Pencils Class over at Kit & Clowder!
The grey card I have used for matting, is from my Core-Dinations- All In The Family grey card pack.
The paper is digital and I purchased it especially to go with these gorgeous new Elephant images. It is Pink & Grey Love from MNINED.
My bow is hand tied, and the lovely ribbon was a left over scrap piece.
And that gorgeous Love Charm is from Crafter’s Companion. I got the full Valentine Signature Collection from Create & Craft TV and I adore everything in it!
The awesome sentiment is also from Little Miss Muffet Stamps, and you can find it here.
The lovely heart doily (that fits my heart dies perfectly!!! Wow!) and the heart dies, are from the Sara Davies Valentine Signature Collection too.
The blue and pink shading on the heart I did with my chalks.
My card base I created from a 16” square piece of white pearlescent cardstock.
Our theme over on the Little Miss Muffet Stamps challenge blog is Valentine/Love and it would be awesome if you could come join us. Smiles.
